Giveaway Updated – A Theology of Joy by Matthew V Everhard

Update August 24th, 2019 -We have a winner for our A Theology of Joy by Matthew Everhard giveaway.

I’ve emailed the winner and the book will be shipped as soon as possible after receiving the address to ship to.

We’d like to thank Dr. Everhard for providing the prize and all our readers who participated.

One of our readers, Matthew V. Everhard, has generously donated a copy of his book The Theology of Joy for us to give away.

Matthew V. Everhard is a Presbyterian pastor and a devoted husband, and father of three. Dr. Everhard is a graduate of the Reformed Theological Seminary, Ashland Theological Seminary, and Malone University.

This book is Dr. Everhard’s study of the teachings of the puritan sage Jonathan Edwards on joy. “Among the theologians and philosophers who sought to apprehend a personal experience of joy, the great colonial thinker Jonathan Edwards (1703-1758) stands out as a brilliant voice from the past, speaking boldly on what constitutes the true nature of joy, as well as identifying the sad and deceiving counterfeits to real happiness.”

The giveaway will run from now until midnight next Friday and the winner will be announced on Saturday, August 24th, 2019. Bible Buying Guide will be shipping the book as soon as possible after receiving the winner’s address. Contest limited to U.S. addresses only.

If you are not the lucky winner a copy of this book can be purchased at Amazon (affiliate link).
