Dayspring‘s booth was busy the entire time we were at the show so you are sure to see many of their gift and decor items at most local Bible bookstores. Their booth is always fun to explore but what do Randy and I spend the most time looking at? Bibles, of course, and Daypring is working on a very interesting looking one.
Dayspring Illustrating Bible
Dayspring will be introducing the Dayspring Illustrating Bible. It’s a spiral bound Bible using the CSB translation and margins nearly as wide as the Bible text on every page. While they aren’t releasing all the details just yet, it has very thick paper and will come with a nice box for transporting and storing it. It looks like a fabulous Bible for those who never seem to have quite enough room for all the notes or pictures they want to place in their Bible. It won’t be the most practical Bible for use in a church pew but it looks like it will be hard to beat for ease of use at home or anywhere else you have a table to spread out on.
They will also be releasing some accessory products designed for use in the Illustrating Bible including pockets and rulers that will easily fasten onto the spiral.
Illustrated Faith
I’m sure Dayspring’s partnership with Illustrated Faith was a big part of the decision to make their new Bible and as always I spent a bit of time looking at all of Illustrated Faith’s journaling supplies. There are a lot of great products here for Bible journalers with any level of experience. The “Seeds of Faith” and the “All People All Nations” collections are my personal favorites of what’s currently available. Their dating stamps have always been my favorites, and I highly recommend 10 Ways to Fall in Love With Your Bible (review here) especially for beginners.
