Compact Westminster is in US and is Expected to Ship Next Week

60acb-2-1-1

Great news for anyone buying the Compact Westminster! The shipment is now past customs and on American soil. They are expected in Chicago by the end of this week and should be ready to ship early next week. If ordered within the next two weeks you should have your order by December 24th. If you want to pre-order (which would place it on back-order and help get your order out quicker) feel free to call them (and tell them Randy said it was okay 🙂 ).

If you’re wondering what a Compact Westminster is, it’s a reduced version of the regular Westminster from Trinitarian Bible Society. It’s a KJV with 200,000 cross references, updated words in the margins, chapter summaries, word list with pronunciations of proper names, reading plan, and maps. It has four ribbons. In order to help reduce size, the compact edition does not include the concordance or Translators to the Reader. It comes in at 6.5″ x 4.6″ x 1.2″. It’s a great rival to the Pitt Minion, and I find it to be more readable because of the extra space between the lines.

It’s available in soft cover, hard cover (in red, blue, or black), black premium leather, and black premium leather with metrical Psalms. There are also two special editions available to mark the 500th year since the start of the Reformation – a hard cover and brown premium leather.

The Compact Westminster made our 12 Bibles for Christmas 2016 list and I consider it one of the best KJV’s in print.
