Rob Pettifer sent me these nice photos of hisĀ Matthew Henry Study Bible in tan and burgundy Flexisoft. This cover looks nice and flexible. I like the stitching around the perimeter and the double-stitching where the tan and burgundy meet. You can see the review here: Matthew Henry Study Bible Review. My thanks to Rob for the photos.

Dear Rob and Randy:
This is an attractive bible, I will look for this binding when I purchase the bible for my friend. Thanks for the photos.

Hi Don,
Hendrickson also produce this bible in a plain black ‘Flexisoft’ all one piece with gold lettering on the spine, but I far prefer the tan and burgundy; it is just different.
The ISBN for this if you are wondering is ISBN 978-1-59856-541-6
As for Hendrickson bibles, I find the quality is usually pretty good all the way through the range. I have used their hardbacks and genuine leather bibles and I must admit they are good and haven’t had a bad one yet. My favourite is the Matthew Henry, although I do have the facsimile Geneva bible in genuine leather that they also produce and that comes in a very close second.
Blessings in Christ

Dear Rob:
Thanks for your help, you are a kind gentleman. I will go to Hendrickson’s site, (I have it bookmarked) and see the whole line of these bibles.
I purchased my unabridged Matthew Henry Commentary from them, I am also looking at their collection of Spurgeon’s writing. Hendricksons have always kept offerings of some of the classic writing that we all want on our bookshelves.
Thanks again for your help.
Yours in Christ
