Logos Pastor Appreciation Deals

To honor pastors, Faithlife has put their pastoral resources on sale during the month of October. This includes 20% off Preaching Suite, weekly deals, a buy-more save-more offer, and 25-60% off of other Logos resources.

Preaching Suite

The Preaching Suite is excellent for preachers that want to use Logos for sermon development and delivery, but don’t want to purchase larger Logos packages. It comes with the Sermon Builder, which is a specially-designed word processor that makes it easy to create and deliver sermons.

It also includes presentation tools that work on desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. I’ve personally used it to preach from a tablet and a smartphone and it works great every time. It includes a timer, text size options, easy buttons to turn the pages, etc.

This suite was already a good deal, but for Pastor Appreciate Month, it’s now 20% off. Get the deal here (partner).

Logos Mobile Education

Logos Mobile Education is also on sale. The top courses are up to 40% off. They include video, audio, and transcripts. I’m a fan of the Logos courses. They go deep into the subjects, they’re taught well, and they cover a wide range of topics such as biblical Hebrew, biblical Greek, pastoring, or apologetics. They include courses, bundles, and certificates.

Free book of the Month

The Free book of the Month for October is Exalting Jesus in 1, 2, 3 John. This is a commentary edited by David Platt, Daniel L. Akin, and Tony Merida. It’s part of a new commentary series that’s projected to have 48 volumes in total. It takes a Christ-centered approach to expositing each book of the Bible. Rather than covering the book in a verse-by-verse approach, the authors have written chapters that explain and apply key passages. The focus is for readers to see Christ in all aspects of Scripture and be encouraged by the devotional nature of each exposition.
