Bible Deals December 6th 2019

Christmas sales are still going on and it’s time to point out all the monthly sales. Here are the Bible Deals we found for this weekend December 6th through 8th.

We are affiliates of many (but not all) of the stores listed and this post does contain affiliate links. The use of these links does not change your price but does mean we get a small portion of the sale to support Bible Buying Guide.

Logos

The beginning of a new month means new deals at Logos and Logos is running some nice sales for Christmas.

The free book of the month for December is the Brazos Theological Commentary on the Bible: Acts. The related discount books are from the same commentary series. The Brazos Commentary on the book of Matthew is available for $4.99 and the commentary  for 1st and 2nd Kings is on sale for $9.99. You can also scroll down the page and enter Logos’s monthly giveaway for the 19 volume Baker Contemporary Preaching Collection.

The big news in the Christmas sale is 20% off of base packages. This discount is a great deal and applies if your buying Logos for the first time or upgrading your existing package. They also have up to 40% off on a nice selection of Christmas resources (including 5 mobile Ed courses) and a free God is in the Manger Christmas devotional.

If your price isn’t exactly the same as what I’ve given (especially on collections) it might be because you already own books from that set. Logos subtracts the price of any item you already own automatically. I’m getting the prices from a computer not logged in to Logos so the price I quote should be the highest any item could be.

Answers in Genesis

Answers in Genesis has its December deals ready. They are featuring Read Through the Bible resources, 10 of their most popular books and DVDs and AiG gifts and resources. The Read Through the Bible sale really caught our eye because it has 4 Bibles on sale including the NKJV Evidence Bible on sale for $27.99. It also includes a family devotional called the 10 Minute Bible Journey for $15.39. Most of the Read Through the Bible resources also include a  bookmark that help you keep track of where you are in a chronological reading plan.

For just a few more days (through December 8th) they are also giving away free 2020 Calendars with purchases of $75 or more.

The November Deals are also still on sale through the end of December.

Church Source

Church Source’s monthly deals include 55% off the Charles F. Stanley Life Principles Study Bible and 50% off Prison Ministry Bibles. They also have a nice selection of devotionals (26 to choose from) on sale for $5 each.

They are also currently running free shipping on all US orders and a Promo Code, HOLIDAY20, that gets you $20 Off Orders of $100 or more. I’m not sure how long either of these to deals will run.

Dayspring

Dayspring is rerunning some of its customer’s favorite sales from throughout the year. There is a Flash Sale (ending today) on four of their popular Christmas items, a huge gift set sale, and a Simply Christmas sale. They have $5 sales for Mugs, Perpetual Calendars, Books, and Journals. They are also rerunning one of my favorites, the Bible Journaling Sale. They have even more sales running so if you need any inspirational themed gifts or Christmas decor it’s a great time to check out Dayspring. Most of these sales run through Monday, December 9th 2019.

Evangelical Bible

All Schuyler Bibles are on sale at EvangelicalBible.com. All Schuyler Bibles are marked down so if you’ve been considering on you’ll want to check out this sale. The biggest discounts I found were the KJV Canterbury in Cowhide-over-Board for $97 (Randy’s review with a different cover) or the ESV Quentel in either Tan & Blue Goatskin or Red & Black Goatskin for $159 (Randy’s review with a different cover). Sale ends Monday, December 9th.

Other Sales

Laridian’s Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sale lasts all the way to December 10th. They have even added 20 more deals then when the sale started. Use priority code BFCM19 to make sure you are getting the best deals.

Lifeway has a lot of good deals for their Cyber Week Sale. Along with a LOT of other things they currently have NET Bibles 35% off and CSB Notetaking Bibles up to 60% off. Bible deals are changing every day and the entire sale ends Sunday, December 8th.

Tyndale is also running a large sale. One of the nicest features of their site for the Holidays is the multiple gift-giving guides they have posted and right now all of their suggestions are on sale on their site ( The Bible Readers list is our favorite). They always have free shipping for orders over $35.

Cambridge is sponsoring a very interesting contest. Take a picture of your small take anywhere Cambridge Transetto Bible and post it to their facebook page. The most original picture will win a rare KJV Premier Concord Bible. The competition runs until the end of January so you’ll have a chance to take pictures during all your Holiday travels (and time buy a Transetto if you don’t already have one).

We welcome your feedback. If you ever want to recommend any item included in a sale we highlight or know of any other good sales on Bibles or related materials please share in the comments. Also, if there is a particular Bible you’d like to find on sale share that in the comments as well. I can’t guarantee I’ll find a deal (or that I won’t miss a deal) but I’ll be sure to highlight that Bible in a future post if I do find it on sale.
