There’s an interesting new Bible project on Kickstarter called The Bible Beautiful. Noticing how visually oriented our culture has become the founders of Alabaster, Bryan Chung and Brian Chung (yes, they have the same name) are designing a Bible for today. Wanting people to see God as the ultimate creator and artist they are creating a Bible that integrates imagery, typography and layout design within the biblical text. The Canterbury will have a darker art-gilting than the Quentel series. It will use the same 11-point Milo font and 36gsm paper. You can see more information at EvangelicalBible.com’s Canterbury page: Schuyler Canterbury Here’s a quick look inside:...Read More

It will be available in a brown or black cover, has an 11 point font, and will be printed on...Read More
I just received my pre-release review copy of Tyndale’s Inspire Bible: Large Print Edition. Some will probably think it’s a little large for carrying though. Other than the cover changing color (a little more blue than aqua) it seems to be the same Bible just bigger. We will have a full review, a various mediums in this Bible post, and maybe even a video review up before it’s September 8th release....Read More
